I had a great stay with spacious rooms and good location. The staff was responsive and flexible, allowing for a postponed check out. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with decent internet.
Nothing, all aspects were excellent.

the location is superb, just a short walk to the Grand Lisbou casino, banks for changing currencies, and the famous shop that sells egg tarts. the room was spacious and well-equipped, the bathroom was clean, and the service was impeccable. the breakfast was delicious too! Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking!
The wifi signal in the room was weak.

value worth; room is spacious and comfortable. Location is good.
Customer svc level is really poor for a 4 star hotel. Reception staff (trainees) unable to answer basic qtns and did not attempt to find out. Whilst other staff not helpful and we had to approach other hotel's concierge. On a rainy day we were told they ran out of umbrellas and if we needed one, we have to purchase it???

I will surely suggest this hotel to other travelers who look for budget but also comfort. The Hotel staff especially Jason is very accommodating. The most I like about this hotel is the staffs who are friendly and hospital to accommodate us. Our check-in process took only 5 mins. We check-in around 12nn, and was given a room at Tower a, no need to wait til 2pm. When we got to our room at 13th floor, we felt the hallway and even the room have a smell of moist maybe due to the leak on the ceiling at the hallway area. We immediately request to transfer to another room and also requested to be placed at Tower b (newer wing), we were immediately accommodated, but have to wait for the cleaning staff to finish fixing the new room. We were given a new room at 17th floor tower B. The new room have a very nice evening view of Grand Lisboa, we are very much satisfied, the room is very spacious, the restroom/shower area is very spacious as well.
1) The hotel lobby restroom stinks, even on the ladies room, the smoking smell is terrible. For public places like that, and no casino, at least a non-smoking rule should be observe and implemented. 2) There are also very inconsiderate hotel guest smoking inside the elevator. 3) No complimentary water bottle and coffee. They only offer Tea bags, not all hotel guest drinks tea.

We had a great time in this hotel during our city trip. the first thing we noticed is that the hotel is located in a great spot. It's very central and within walking distance of all the casinos and plenty of shops. We also liked that the rooms were very spacious and clean. the staff was really friendly and helpful too. One of the best things about this hotel is that it's very affordable, which is a big plus!
The only thing we didn't love about this hotel was that the water pressure in the shower was really low, so it took a long time to get cleaned up.

Spacious rooms. Convenient location. Prompt replenishment of toiletries.
Reception staff not very knowledgeable. They can't tell us where to tale a bus to places of interest. Do not speak English and can't read the english names on tourist map.

The Location of the Hotel and the ease of getting to locations with minimal use of public transit
Would have been nice to have wireless internet as opposed to wired internet.

The hotel seems to have seen better days. It was heavily patronized by mainland Chinese and service seemed catered to them.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area, where we could relax and unwind after a long day. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.
